The service technician who came out was Waymon, he was friendly and professional and knowledgeable . He explained what the problem and how best to take care of it. He answered all of my questions and talked about the service program his company offers. We spoke of options for a new system down the road without any high pressure sales pitch. After checking out the system I have he was able to get me back up and running. I will be using this company again.

He was very thorough and exceeded expectations for this service. Recommendations were items I'd already researched so I knew his observations were valid. I've used Metro Energy Savers for many years. This time, with the temperatures at 100 and high humidity, I was almost "melting". The office staff was most helpful. They had a service repairman out, as scheduled, and had my home cooling down within about 30 minutes of his arrival. This time included all paperwork, etc. Justin was very professional, and polite and knew what he was doing. He replaced necessary parts and had me "back in business" in no time. What a pleasure it was to have such a nice young man come out. You should try to clone this employee, he was super.
